About Fat Lads Go In Goal

Meet the hosts

Mark

Mark

Mark was a finalist at the Football Blogging Awards in 2018. He has written for numerous publications and fan sites as well as hosting his own YouTube mini-series, contributing to the Sky Sports EFL podcast, and appearing on various football podcasts around the globe. He also has an unmistakeable God complex and if you ever meet him, he will tell you all these supposed accolades within the first 3 minutes.
Jack

Jack

Jack is the resident eye candy and Walsall FC's biggest regret. The young starlet was prematurely cast out of the Saddler's youth setup and is now in the process of giving back to the game that cast him aside so callously by appearing on FLGIG and writing match reports for We Are Birmingham.
Pugh

Pugh

Pugh is a 82 year old man in a 30 year old's body. Also known as 'Captain Contrarian', if there's an alternative opinion to be held, he was probably the first to form it. Famed for his knowledge of the women's game and ability to recall Blues facts and figures on a whim; Pugh is somewhat of a Blues oracle - with a wit as sharp as his mind.
