Meet the hosts

Jimmy

Jimmy’s been in a love-hate relationship with football for as long as he can remember. Compounds misery regularly by following the fortunes of both Everton and Tranmere Rovers, but also takes a keen interest in the game up and down the English pyramid, as well as leagues across Europe and the world. Hasn’t visited nearly as many stadiums as he’d like, and is always open to invitations to watch most teams. The more obscure, the better! Always up for learning more about the game in whatever capacity, and is an FA Licensed Coach, having worked with children at his local junior club since 2015.

Greg

Greg has supported Rochdale AFC for over 25 years, he's been to over 60 grounds in Europe - from Roma, Kidderminster, Newcastle, Plymouth, Bristol Rovers, Hamburg, Darlington and Rushden & Diamonds to name a few. His favourite players are Gary Jones, Ian Henderson, Grant Holt and Paddy McCourt. Up the Dale! Down the ale!

Matt

Matt is unfortunately an Everton supporter man and boy. His favourite players include Tim Cahill, Leighton Baines and Tony Hibbert. He is an avid Football Manager player in his spare time and not whilst he’s working from home.

Declan

Declan has 'enjoyed' being a season ticket holder at Tranmere for over 20 years. In that time he has witnessed giant FA Cup killings, promotions and the occasional relegation thrown in for good measure! A lover of football and sport in general when it comes to spectating, whilst he is still yet to find any real talent when it comes to participating! Favourite players would include John Achterberg, Ian Goodison, Chris Greenacre and Lord Norwood! Ubi Fides ibi Lux et Robur. ⚪🔵🟢
