Bill Alvstad

Bill Alvstad is the lead writer at the website and the producer and host of the podcast, now in it’s 7th year. Bill brings a wide scope of experience including over 40+ years of history following the team, and has extensive knowledge base related to the NFL draft, Free Agency, Film Study, the Salary Cap, Roster Building and the NFL at large. Bill is the featured content creator and writer for the Seahawks Playbook Podcast Website, and the weekly podcast. Bill is also a full-time professionally trained Voice Over Actor and Studio Vocal Producer. He's available for vocal work in Narration, Commercials, TV, Radio, Online Video, Video Gaming, Educational Scripts and Podcast Intros/Outros. Bill has a professionally sound treated home studio for remote work and is available for on location / studio work. As the Seahawks Playbook Podcast producer, attention to the details are a must. Responsibilities include: Pre-production audio and video set up, in session recording, as well as all post-production audio and video mixing, final edits and publishing. Serving as show host, he has appeared on over 500 consecutive weekly broadcasts of the show and conducted dozens of guest interviews. In addition, Bill has made guest appearances on several NFL Podcasts including: The Seahawkers Podcast, The Broad Street South Podcast, The Chase Thomas Podcast & the Emerald City Sportscast. Bill is an active Seahawks Twitter contributor @NWSeahawk. Bill currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with significant other Bridgette and our two dogs Jelly and Ziggy. He has two children, Megan and Logan.

Keith Myers

Keith Myers is the Co-host of the Seahawks Playbook Podcast. Keith has extensive Seahawks community experience as an editor, writer and podcaster. Keith has decades of experience studying the NFL Draft, the salary cap, scouting, film study and roster construction. He was the founding editor and writer at the Fansided Network’s 12thManRising website. His work has been featured locally at 12thManRising, the Seahawks Playbook website and podcast, as well as nationally for the Bleacher Report, NFL Spin Zone and elsewhere. Keith has appeared on more than 500 consecutive Seahawks Playbook Podcast episodes and has guest appearances on dozens of other podcasts and radio shows. in addition, he has authored hundreds of Seahawks related published articles.
