About 1865: The Nottingham Forest Podcast

The intelligent Nottingham Forest podcast, 1865 provides a real fan’s eye view of the highs, the lows and the heartbreaks of supporting the two-time European Cup Winners (TM).

We provide match reports, news and views, plus special guests, gags and much more, for fans that have never lost that loving feeling.

Meet the hosts

Rich Ferraro (Frank Clark)

Rich Ferraro (Frank Clark)

Player, manager and chairman, Rich hosts the monthly 1865 discussion show and edits and presents match reports. An experienced podcaster, Rich has also written opinion pieces for the BBC Nottingham and Nottingham Post websites about Forest, and lent his voice to talk about Forest to other teams' fans, as well as The Second Tier Podcast.
Steven Toplis (Andy Reid)

Steven Toplis (Andy Reid)

Deceptively quick and skilful, Steven deputises for Rich as the podcast presenter and editor, and has previous experience as a broadcast journalist, podcaster and vlogger. Steven provides the optimistic voice on 1865.
Baz (Radi Majewski)

Baz (Radi Majewski)

You might question his haircut, but Baz can spot the pass that other members of the 1865 crew cannot! Baz was the architect of the original 1865 podcast back in 2008, as he and Rich celebrated Forest's return to The Championship. They were hoping to have got promoted by now.
Tom Newton (Nigel Clough)

Tom Newton (Nigel Clough)

He doesn't get knocked off the ball and is often targetted by opponents. A real fans' advocate, Tom was instrumental in setting up and establishing the NFFC Supporters' Trust, and is always happy to share his opinions.
Maradona of the Midlands (Scot Gemmill)

Maradona of the Midlands (Scot Gemmill)

Probably underrated, deceptively hard working, and you miss him when he is not there - the Maradona of the Midlands is 1865's mystery man, and shares in everyone's frustration that Forest are still languishing in The Championship.
Adam (Chris Cohen)

Adam (Chris Cohen)

Adding an injection of youthful energy into the podcast, 1865's newest recruit loves following Forest home and away, and takes pleasure in the fine details. Most likely to have a notepad full of stats when recording the podcast.
Jeremy Davies (Stuart Pearce)

Jeremy Davies (Stuart Pearce)

A legend of the pod, JD has a background in stand-up comedy and performance, and writes and performs the "1865 Sketch" in the monthly show. After 25 years in exile, he is desperately and unsuccessfully trying to stop his kids from supporting Another Premier League Club.
