Daniël Rooseboom
(Gorinchem, Netherlands, 1980) is a Dutch freestyler and one of the most respected figures in the Freestyle Football community worldwide. At a very young age, and thanks to the inspiration coming from Maradona's legendary Live is Life clip, the tricks of circus artists and the famous Nike commercials of the time, Daniël started to develop his skills and his passion for the sport. His breakthrough year was 2008, when he ended up in the third position in the European Freestyle Football Championship in Austria and earned himself a spot at the first Red Bull Street Style World Final in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Since then, Daniël's professional path has taken him to perform in over 40 countries, act as the head judge of a variety of international tournaments (including, among others, the Super Ball World Open and the same Red Bull Street Style World Final) and even have his character portrayed in sports videogames. Nowadays, Daniël lives in Sweden and leads the Digital team at the World Freestyle Football Association (WFFA).
