Meet the hosts

Graeme

Graeme was born in Liverpool, grew up in the 90s and attended St Edwards College in West Derby, before leaving to go to uni in Manchester in the 00s to study Politics and History. He has worked on radio stations all over the UK, living in Leeds, Manchester and London. For the best part of the last ten years he has hosted the afternoon drive time show on Capital FM based here in Liverpool. You‘ll also catch him if you shop at Asda, as one of the main voices in store in the UK on their radio station. He has hosted the stage for music festivals including O2 wireless festival at Hyde Park in London, V festival and Fusion festival in Liverpool. He also hosts podcast OUTCAST UK, clocking up multiple industry award nominations and winning Gold for best new podcast at the British Podcast Awards in July 2022. His interest are music, dogs and the gym.

Dr. Lisa Gannon

Lisa represented Wales and Great Britain as an international gymnast, before qualifying as a women’s artistic, men’s artistic, pre-school and disability coach. She is also a prominent voice of the sport; presenting and commentating within the arenas of numerous global events, including the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Ngunan Adamu

Ngunan is an experienced producer, presenter, and international multi-media trainer, with over fifteen years experience at the BBC. she currently produces and presents BBC Merseyside’s popular ‘Upfront‘ programme, an African Caribbean specialists show that promotes and tells stories from the African Caribbean community and African Caribbean lens. As an entrepreneur and community leader, Ngunan has developed and lead initiatives aimed at promoting diversity in the media. She is also the founder and CEO of iWoman Media – a peer to peer organisation set up by women to empower, entertain, explore and inspire women around the world.
